1- Cardiology course for non-cardiologists
EWD run cardiology course for non-cardiologists which was accredited by the European society of cardiology (ESC) which took place in Cairo governorates, and another course took place on line for doctors in upper Egypt, where 46 doctors attended the course
2- Family medicine training course:
Training delivered for family doctors in Cairo on 2 waves, where 45 doctors attended the course.
3- Clinical pharmacy training programs
Training For pharmacists on 3 waves in Cairo where 70 pharmacists attended this course.
4- Continuing medical education courses – Nursing training
EWD has conducted a nursing training which included theoretical lectures beside practical training and took place in St. Mary’s Hospital in Qena governorate, where 22 nurses attended the course.
5- Infection Control training:
EWD in cooperation with the Directorate of Social Solidarity, has held a training course on infection control for Supervisors in nurseries. the aim of the course is to raise awareness on how to apply precautionary measures to protect against COVID-19. This was in conjunction with the beginning of the 2020 academic year (each nursery participated with a trainee who received the scientific material for training and a certificate from the foundation of training).
