About us

Who we are?

We are an Egyptian non-governmental organization Established in 2017 under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, coding number 983, year 2021.
We provide general health care services all over Egypt aiming the deprived, slum areas and less privileged areas.

About Dr. Lamia Kamal, EWD Chairperson of Trustees

Dr. Lamia Kamal, obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine from Alexandria University in 1994, & her Diploma in Public Health from Alexandria University.
Worked as a Bacteriology Consultant at Mansheyt Al Bakri Hospital and owner of Gama Laboratory Chain.

She was appointed as the Chairperson of Trustees for Egypt Without Disease International Foundation due to her constant passion and effort for providing healthcare services for all people in need and development of the health care services in the community. She is also a member of Rotary Club Fairway.

Dr. Lamia has received appreciation shield by the Egyptian Audio-Vestibular Medicine Association for her constant support.

She was also honored by Rotary Egypt and Minister of Social Solidarity for providing medical services as Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of EWD and one of Rotary’s partners.

providing primary, secondary, and tertiary health care service and health awareness led by a platform of volunteering health care professionals
Improving the health status of our community.
Providing health care services to all Egyptians in all areas and all ages with diversity and inclusion.
Providing health awareness campaign about contemporary health problems.
Creating a professional medical volunteering platform for all medical professions and Healthcare providers tapping the best of the human spirit to create impact.

Objectives

Creating primary health care centers in every governate in Egypt that provide a free medical service for less privileged people with diversity and inclusion.
Creating medical establishments that provide needed services like:
a. Renal Dialysis centers
b. NICU centers
c. ICU centers
d. Mental health and addict rehabilitation centers
e. Tertiary hospitals
Arranging medical Convoys, screening programs, health awareness campaigns
Establishing a network of volunteers inside and outside Egypt.
